Privacy notice

What this notice covers

This notice applies to the North Brookville LLC company website and to inquiries you send us through it or to a company email address.

It does not cover the websites, accounts, or purchases of the brands we operate. Each brand publishes its own privacy notice and handles the data of its own customers. If your question concerns an order or an account, that brand's notice is the one that applies.

What we collect

Only two kinds of information: what you type into the contact form, and the ordinary technical records a web server keeps.

We do not ask you to create an account, and there is nothing on this site that requires one. Please do not send payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or health information through the form — we have no reason to hold them.

Why we use it

• To read and answer your inquiry.
• To pass it to the right team or brand when your question belongs with them, and to tell you when we have done so.
• To keep a record of business correspondence — supplier, partnership, and company matters — as any company does.
• To keep the site working and to block abuse of the form.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list because you wrote to us, and we do not use what you send to build advertising profiles.

Who else sees it

Inside the company, your inquiry is seen by the people who need to act on it. Beyond that, it reaches others in three situations only:

• A brand we operate — when your question is about its product, order, or account, we forward what you sent so it can help you.
• Service providers — the hosting, email, and spam-filtering services that carry our correspondence, acting on our instructions.
• Legal obligation — where we are required to disclose information by law, or need to in order to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies and measurement

This site is a set of plain pages. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. If we later add basic visit measurement, it will be listed here before it goes live, along with how to opt out.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for as long afterwards as the business relationship or our record-keeping obligations require. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted.

What you can ask us to do

Write to us and you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about your inquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will confirm what we have done, and tell you if a legal or record-keeping reason prevents deletion.

Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights over your information. We honor those rights where they apply, and you never need an account to exercise them.

Security and changes

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect correspondence, and limit access to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please treat email as you would ordinary post.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this notice changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be described at the top of the page.
